[Kde-pim] Combining the 4 notes plasmoids into 1

What about the KNotes uses Plasmoids if plasma's active, and the
non-plasmoid-version when plasma's not?

If it can wait a bit (  1 to 2 weeks ) I can take this request. The
reason of the wait is that I'm in a middle of moving-across-states
here.
