[Kde-pim] Grantlee 0.2.0-rc1 ready for testing

Hi folks,

I've tagged and tarballed grantlee 0.2.0-rc1. Unless there's a build
failure somewhere, this will become grantlee 0.2.0.

Version 0.1.9 had buld issues on maemo/meego (due to the required
cmake version), solaris and bsd (due to file name issues). So I'd like
those tested with this version.

The 0.2.x series is backwards compatible with 0.1.x, but I feel it's
time for a number bump.
