[Kde-pim] I lose sometimes mail from pop3

Just a suggestion: please check that the mails are really gone and not 
filtered into some other folder (mostly as spam, but not only).

Recently I had a similar issue, for some reasons the spam filters went crazy 
and my mails ended up as spam. :(
