In the announcement draft I wrote <https://promo.notes.kde.org/33> I already warned that 
translations may be incomplete. I don't think it's much of a big deal. No major 
distributor will pick it up as regular update anyway. For the spring cycle every one will 
only do minor updates which means Kontact 4.4.10.
With bigger changes put on hold for stability reasons on 4.6 (the Plasma-based overview 
comes to mind) I wouldn't be surprised if many of the now current strings will be thrown 
out the window for 4.7.0 anyway. So IMO it makes more sense to concentrate on completing 
the applications less in flux and wait for major Kontact translations for 4.7.
