[Kde-pim] GSoC 2011 Project: KMail NEW UI

Good times of the day respected community KDE PIM.

I'm Eugene.
I have new ideas on the draft: User Interface improvements in KMail.

To write these proposals in its project list, I cannot, so I am here.

I took into consideration the comments that were left on my project page and
redid UI concepts.

Here's how it looks now:

*UI Concept 1:*

I reworked my previous concept. In this work, I made existing user interface
more attractive and simple.

Removed window (Favorite Folders), I made it a window in the form of tabs
that are located above the incoming mail.

These tabs is (Favorite Folders), I call them categories.

The user can itself create the right category , simply by pressing the
(plus), which is located at the end of all tabs.

Can repaint the icons and make them a little more.
