[Kde-pim] GSoC 2011 Proposal for Idea: Akonadi Mobile Device Sync

This is a WIP Proposal i'm writing for the proposa " Akonadi Mobile Device
Sync ". I would like to hear your thoughts on it before i submit it on
melange.I've yet to workout a timeline since i need your opinion on what
more can be done to integrate this feature into Kontact and Dolphin.
