[Kde-pim] Feature commits for kdepim 4.7 into master branch

Because of the continuing delays and uncertainty about a 4.6 release of
kdepim, there is still no 4.6 branch. This means that master still can't
be used for 4.7 work, even though the hard feature freeze for 4.7 is now
only about 3 weeks away.

I'd like to request that kdepim should be branched as soon as possible for
4.6, so that master can be freed up for feature commits. This would have
the additional benefit of allowing translators to see new strings soon,
giving them more time to do their work for 4.7.
