[Kde-pim] What soap api shold I use when building akonadi resource ?

Hi ,

I need to send & receive   soap messages in an akonadi resouce (contact +
calendar).

I'm using gsoap but I'm not sure if this is "the kde way",

I've looked into the khttp and QnetworkManager but I got the feeling that
this isn't the right way:
Was not able to find a a pre built working Class to XML mechanism that will
create the soap message (as with gsoap).
