[Kde-pim] Commit messages

Hi,

When reading commit messages I sometimes see messages like:

Fix bug #xxxxxx
BUG: xxxxxx
----

Could we please include some more information then this? When seeing
this I have no idea as to what has changed or why, I would need to
lookup the bug for that.

So I propose that we always include some short description of what has
been done and why.

Thoughts?
