[Kde-pim] akonadi sql-database resource

Hi,

i started writing a akonadi resource to store contacts in a sql-database
, e.g. for sharing contacts with other applications. 
At this time only mysql is supported and it is more or less unusable, it 
means, data will definitly be lost.
kwallet can be used to store database username and password.

Sorry for bad coding style, i'm still learning sql, c++ and qt4.
