[Kde-pim] [IMPORTANT] kdepim 4.5 Branched

Howdy PIMsters,

The kdepim 4.5 branch has been created  in the usual place (branches/KDE/4.5/kdepim).

This will be the code that gets released as kdepim 4.5.0 in a few months.
This is where you should be concentrating your bug fixing.
This is where all the freezes and release rules for 4.5 apply.

kdepim trunk is wide-open now.

PS. don't forget to update your kdecommit filter for the 4.5 branch
