Even providing facts is difficult for developers because they assume 
that you know most of the facts already. :-)

Quite understandable. I wonder whether the people at KDAB write decent 
user documentation for their enterprise version of KDE PIM. It's 
probably in German, but I guess that wouldn't be much of a problem.
