[Kde-pim] [Patch] Allow disabling Akregator's tray icon unread article count

Hi, I published a patch to disable Akregator's unread article count a
month ago on bugs.[1] Two weeks ago, I published it on reviewboard.[2]
As part of my continuing effort to find this poor patch the attention
it craves, I now bring it to this mailing list. I'm not attaching it,
as it's already in both places. It's quite a short and simple change,
and I'd appreciate it if someone were to review and/or commit it.

Also, the page at http://akregator.kde.org/contact.php has references
to Cialis in the title and text.
