[Kde-pim] MeeGo/Maemo extensions to Kcal

Hi,

I don't know if all of you are aware of it, but in MeeGo (Nokia) (used to be 
Maemo) we have been working with KCal for some time already.

Today we have published that code on:
http://maemo.gitorious.org/extendedkcal/extendedkcal

As you will be able to see, there are a few changes from kcal trunk, some of 
them have been ported to it, some other will have to be ported now that it is 
open.

The main issues we have worked on are:

* Using a different storage layer than just files.
* Adding multi calendar support (notebook) in the same Calendar object.
* Ability to have just some incidences in memory (no all at the same time).
* Implementation of RecurrenceID.
* A few bug fixes.
* Some integration with our platform.
* Invitation handling (service independent)

I will start pushing soon some of these changes into KDE's trunk (through the 
review process of course ;-)
