They have to stay as long as the kresources/ folder is not empty and as long
as we do not have full migration for all previous resource types IMHO.

Right, in theory this one should probably even go to kdepimlibs/akonadi/tests
as the unit tests there depend on it...

The entire bookmark stuff is indeed a candidate for a move to playground
unless someone steps up and maintains it.

Not yet, the goal is obviously to make KNode use it. Additionally, it is
usable in combination with KMail/Mailody/LionMail etc.
