The flag is stored in the index and on the IMAP server (see 
KMFolderImap::flagsToStatus()).
From looking at KMFolderCachedImap::slotGetMessagesData(), local flags are 
overwritten by IMAP flags, but this depends on 
GlobalSettings::allowLocalFlags().
