Yep, this can be improved to be much more consistent and usable. I think the
POP and IMAP settings dialog do it right. Also, the sending tab and the
receiving tab have different buttons in them, which is a bit inconsistent.
The Akonadi port currently made the situation a bit worse, there is still a
lot of room for improvement.

welcome. FYI, KMail 1 is frozen except for urgent bugfixes, so this work
should go to trunk/KMail 2.
