[Kde-pim] Review Request: Migrate KMail's "Include in manual mail checks"

If that's the case I question whether putting these options in separate 
columns of a QTableView is the best idea.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, when there are more than one or two 
options it gets cluttered. Part of the problem is the headers are so wide.

Anyone else have a better idea?
