[Kde-pim] [PATCH] fix encoding of collections

Hej,

attached is a patch that fixes the encoding of collections in akonadi by 
using 'BINARY' for all string based columns and do a proper QByteArray -> 
QString conversion when reading data from QtSql.

Ok to commit to trunk?
