[Kde-pim] Announce: trunk is open for everything again

Hi,

although Volker has already announced it, here again:

trunk is now fully open again. Feel free to commit whatever you want. No 
freeze at all anymore.

akonadi-ports is closed and should not be used for testing. Only Akregator and 
KJots still live there.

At least Tom and David Faure were quite surprised by this on IRC, therefore 
this mail :)
