[Kde-pim] KMail freezes - possible clue

Since upgrading to 4.3.85 I've had a lot of problems with kmail going
catatonic when I try to send a message. I timed a couple of them - ~15
seconds from hitting Send and the message greys out. At ~50-55 seconds it
actually goes.

Today I decided that I'd keep ksysguard open and try to spot a pattern.
Although the delays haven't been as bad as yesterday's, each time I've seen a
delay nepomuk is taking most of the available resources. Why that would
trigger on a Send I don't know, but it does seem significant.
