[Kde-pim] akonadi errors after update to 4.4

Hi All;

I ran yum update today and got updated to KDE 4.4

Upon a restart I see this:

First I got a dialog box that claimed there were errors in the MySQL server 
log 

I had a look at the referenced MySQL log and I see this:

I click ok and start Kmail and then I get a dialog box that says:
Nepomuk Indexing Agents Have Been Disabled
