[Kde-pim] Nepomuk services putting extreme stress on my system

After the initial indexing finished on my system things were mostly 
okay. I didn't notice any lags when typing or switching messages.

Occasionally, strigi checks for new files and then indexes them. This 
doesn't consume much memory or CPU but it creates a lot of I/O which is 
then missing when other apps need it. At least, that's my impression. In 
any case, my system does now behave okay (although it still feels a lot 
slower than KDE 3.5 in certain aspects).
