Hello

This is the first time that i am creating a patch for the kmail, so don't hesitate to correct me if i am wrong. :) This patch is removing the "Location" field from the maintenance of the kmai2... The rest of the bugs has been fixed by Tobias Koenig in the review 1200831. I have attach two snapshots with my patch.. The one before i make any changes and the other after the changes. If you think that something else needs to be removed or changed, then let me know...
