[Kde-pim] FYI: Permission to add new strings

Howdy,

Good news.

The kde-i18n-doc folks have given us pre-approval to add new message strings
into kdepim or kdepimlibs trunk for the 4.6 release.

I promised we would not add new strings unless they were absolutely necessary.

So the idea is to allow (my guess was 10-15) new strings as needed to finalize
the important bug fixing and data migration issues still remaining.

Hopefully, this will help speed-up development a little.
