Summary
-------

This patch changes a few settings in the columns of Akregator article lists:

- Default configuration hides the "feed" column in Feed mode. Since it is always the same information it is not very interesting.
- Tries hard to set a decent size for the "date" column and to ensure the "title" column takes all the available width, without preventing the user from resizing the columns himself.
