[Kde-pim] Kmail 2 and POP3 support

Hi.

Some months ago the Kmail maintainer Thomas McGuire asked me to reintroduce in 
Kmail 2 the support for POP3, POP3 header, server and client side POP3 filter.

Then I prepared the base on which could be done the POP3 functions.

But it is several months that Thomas McGuire does not have time to work on Kde 
and check my work.

I insert here the work done in the hope that it will be useful to someone.
