[Kde-pim] Signals in Calendar class [KCalCore]

Hi,

Calendar Class defines a three signals, calendarChanged, calendarSaved, 
calendarLoaded.

At least nowhere in the code of KCalCore are emitted. In mKcal we are not 
using them. So if nobody has anything against I vote for removing them as they 
create confusion on users of the API.
