I don't know if KOrganizer currently handles changes to single occurrences (like Outlook for example), but if not, this capability is certainly needed.

The dialog wording needs grammatical improvement:

"The item you are trying to change is a recurring item. Should the changes be applied only to this single occurrence or also to other items in the recurrence?"
