Yepp, we could implement a read-only Akonadi resource, which reads the
contact information from the Telepathy-DBus API and provides them as
items in a collection inside Akonadi. Can you send me an example code
how to query all contacts from that API? Then I can come up with an example
implementation for the resource.

Right, but we have to find a way to store this information in a generic way,
since only the contacts from the Telepathy resource would provide them.

Well, currently KAddressBook (the new-old name of KContactManager ;)) uses
Nepomuk only implicitely with the search functionality of Akonadi.
I have not find any use-case yet where KAddressBook could feed additional
data into Nepomuk.
