Hmm, that could be... do you have the automoc application installed?
The sources are located in KDE svn under trunk/kdesupport/automoc,
however I don't know whether they are shipped independently...

@Volker, Tom should the server depend on the existence of automoc?
If yes, shouldn't automoc be included in the server tar balls?
