Changes
-------

Now using KDialog. I went with just a Close button, since even on the configure page Cancel doesn't remove added accounts.

Adding account dialog is automatically opened. I just set the addClicked() slot to public.


Summary
-------

Error message when sending with no outgoing account changed to a question asking whether user wants to create one now. If yes, opens the transport management widget to create outgoing account.
