[Kde-pim] Junior Job : HTML indicator in composer's status bar

Hello,

I'm a beginner in Qt/KDE programming.
I don't know if this junior job is still relevant today.
Indeed, the HTML toolbar is displayed when HTML mode is set. Is that
necessary to add an indicator in the status bar ? If it is, I can make
a patch.
I know it's feature freeze, so there is time before add stuff like
this, but I'd like to do some easy work.
