Thanks a lot, I already started the implementation now. I've been busy quite a 
lot with packaging usable libsyncml / libwbxml versions for my distro ;) I am 
still unsure whether it would be wiser to statically link against libsyncml as 
it tends to (BIC) change rather fast.

Nice to hear, do you have any specific issues in mind? Or more specifically, 
do you had the change to read my proposal? I think this would be a good 
starting point otherwise to see what I'm planning to do. I'll keep you updated 
code-wise and notify you as soon as there will land something in playground.
