[Kde-pim] Right-To-Left (RTL) Support in KMail's Composer

hmmm, just tried. at least by c'n'p some arabic (@nsa: from some translator, 
i'm not a T-thing... ;-P ) sets QTextEdit to rtl input (on this particular) 
text, when typing some latin chars, they'll be handled as ltr (inline, i 
assume this is the "bidi" thing)

المنزل
in kmail works as well

i'll set this mail to html and see what it's gonna end like.
(btw, if my translator doesn't lie, the word means "house")
