[Kde-pim] Right-To-Left (RTL) Support in KMail's Composer

second attempt, i'm not too experienced in sending nasty stuff
i tried to send this to another account of mie first this time and got a 
multipart message, so if this is plaintext again, it's not my fault.

This is a html mail by intention, sorry everyone :-(

hmmm, just tried. at least by c'n'p some arabic (@nsa: from some translator, 
i'm not a T-thing... ;-P ) sets QTextEdit to rtl input (on this particular
text, when typing some latin chars, they'll be handled as ltr (inline, i 
assume this is the "bidi" thing))

entering
this tests adding some latin text ;-P المنزل
in kmail works as well

i set this mail to html and see what it's gonna end like.
(btw, if my translator doesn't lie, the word means "house")
