[Kde-pim] Proxies moved to KDELibs

Hi, 

The Proxy Models in akonadi_next have just been moved into kdelibs as 
KSelectionProxyModel and KDescendantsProxyModel.

I'll hopefully change the rest of akonadi_next to use them by the end of the 
day and remove the old versions in there, and move EntityTreeModel into 
kdepimlibs.
