[Kde-pim] Translate for incoming Folders (IMAP)

No, just the INBOX is standard. The other folders are created by an
MUA. So there is no standard naming...

If they are in English, you could do that translation easily. But e.g.
googlemail sets those folders according to your googlemail language
settings...

You could just delete those folders and just create German namings for
it. If you just use the same MUA there is no problem with that. Some
web clients may have problems, tough...
