Yes, on some parts. QtCore, QtXml, QtDBus, etc.
None of the GUI parts, basically like other services are using libglib and
libgobject .

No, see above.
But it is very unlikely that you don't have Qt installed, it is part of the
Linux Standard Base specification and most distributions are certified for it.
