[Kde-pim] Quality Work and Junior Jobs

Howdy,

Just a friendly reminder that, in addition to the regular routine of new features
and bugfixes, there are lots of other things that need to be done, including:

* Qt3 -> Qt4 porting
* update from deprecated
* fix compiler warnings
* remove dead code and dead projects
* fix #warnings
* TODOs in the code
* FIXMEs in the code
* Krazy issues
* tooltips and whatsthis
* apidox updates
* handbook updates
* new unit tests; fix unit tests

Also, there are some widgets in kdepim/libkdepim that are candidates for
moving into kdelibs: KDateEdit, KTimeEdit, KDatePickerPopup.  If anyone
is interested in that task -- sounds like fun.

IOW: there is a never-ending list of things that can be done to improve
the quality of our code.  Dig in!
