New patch resulting from collaboration with Alexander Neundorf.

I have tested building kjots standalone, but still need someone to confirm that it builds the kontact plugin when building the entire kdepim module.


Summary

Proposed changes to KJots build system. Allow building kjots without kdepim to make it easier for new contributors by using cmake with -DNOKONTACTPLUGIN.
