Hi!
Before I report this at bugs.kde.org, I just wanted to make sure anyone
else besides me can reprodruce this behaviour...
I'm using KDE 4.2.0 final and the addressbooks akonadi ressource.
Please try the following:
1) Edit a contact, add an email address and explicitely save the contact
record.
2) Edit the same contact again, add another email address and save again.
On the second save I get an error message stating that the record could
not be saved ("Das Adressbuch Akonadi Compatibility Resource kann nicht
gespeichert werden.") and the second change is lost after quitting and
restarting the addressbook.
As a blind and wild guess, this looks to me as if some change / version
counter of the edited record is updated somewhere during the first save,
the addressbook does not update the its internal representation of this
record and runs into problems when trying to save the "outdated" data...
Or maybe it's just me falling victim to some misconfiguration on my side?
Greetings,
Gunter
