[Kde-pim] Review Request: Addition of "Maintenance" tab to the folder properties dialogue

In that case, if this is a legitimate function that the user may want
to perform, should there be a separate button for it (with an
appropriate label) in the maintenance dialogue?  Conversely, if there
is no reason for a user to ever "compact" a maildir folder, maybe the
"Compact folder" action should be removed from the context menu for
non-mbox folders.
