[Kde-pim] Akonadi + LDAP: changes not saved to LDAP server

The LDAP resource has not been ported to Akonadi yet, you use the old LDAP resource
via the compatibility bridges...
And yes, Akonadi caches the contacts you write into it. The real problem here
seems to be, that the contacts are not written back correctly by the LDAP resource
through the compatibility bridges...
