[Kde-pim] RFC: Creating kdepimlibs-experimental

What would go in this tarball?  Would kpilot move here?  Or would only 
akonadi_next (and contacts/) move here?

Would this mean adding some CMake magic to enable kpilot only if kdepimlibs-
experimental is installed?
