[Kde-pim] GUI client for modifying address book data

Hi,

The KABC documentation states the following feature:

"GUI client for viewing, modifying address book data. This is aimed at 
developers not end users."

But I cannot find this feature in the API.
Can anybody tell me where I can find it?
