Summary
-------

Older versions of kmail ignored Re: and Fw: at the beginning of the subject
when sorting.  New versions no longer do this.  As a result when sorting by
subject the original message in a thread is separated from all of the replies.

This patch fixes this.
But what I don't know if was a forgotten feature or it was implemented as it is now by design.
