In other words, no, it is not possible and it will not be possible with 
Akonadi, but as Kevin wrote:

Again, in other words, you need a synchronization tool, e.g. something 
based on OpenSync with an Akonadi-plugin (for accessing your local 
calendar) and a plugin for Google calendar.
