Up to now we don't have a single submission of KDE PIM for this year's
Akademy. This is a pity as KDE PIM is one of the most exciting areas of KDE
these days with Akonadi and all the other work which goes into the
applications.

Some topics which I think would make great presentations:
- The state of Akonadi
- How I wrote an Akonadi resource in 30 minutes
- Kontact on Windows
- Akonadi as cross-desktop platform
- Tour through Akonadi resource land
- KJots - the future
- The future of KDE addressbooks
- Lionmail - Plasma meets Akonadi
- Microblogging with KDE
- The Osnabrueck saga - How developer meetings fuel a community
- IMAP in KDE
- ...

I'm sure you can come up with many more topics. Please don't hesitate with
submitting a talk. Akademy is a great opportunity to show how KDE PIM shines
these days in a friendly environment.

Details about the call for presentations can be found at
http://www.grancanariadesktopsummit.org/node/74. Please send your proposals
to akademy-talks at kde.org.

And don't wait, the deadline is tomorrow.
