FYI.

This means I will start the process to eliminate our local fork of libical.
I'll probably give everyone until 1 October until the freeassocation version is required.

Step 1: I'll ask the distros to package this.
Step 2: I'll add a check with a reminder (1 Oct) into the kdepimlibs/CMakeLists.txt
Step 3: I'll merge in my work branch, with the new hard requirement.

 libical 0.32 has been released.  It may be ownloaded from the usual 
location.  
   
 Please take note!  As those of you who have been tracking SVN already 
know, the include path for libical's main header file has changed from 
<ical.h> to <libical/ical.h>.  Builds of downstream programs which use the 
old path will still work, but you will receive a compiler warning to alert 
you that this path is deprecated.  
   
 Many thanks to everyone who contributed patches to this release, 
especially those of you involved in downstream applications who are 
working towards dropping your libical forks.
